Product Information

Do you have a shop front?

We don’t have a permanent shop front, but by subscribing to our newsletters you can keep up to date with the markets and festivals that we will be attending.

I’ve purchased a download from your website. How do I get access to the file?

All files purchased and downloaded must be saved to a MAC or PC computer or laptop, not a tablet or smartphone.

Download links will be provided on purchase – these links will expire after 7 days or 4 attempts. You must download and save your purchase within these timeframes.

Do you run meditation classes?

Yes, we run meditation classes on request. We are also planning to run meditation classes at festivals in the future, so stay tuned.

Postage and Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Australia and overseas. Different shipping rates apply depending on where you live.

If purchasing from overseas, please note that when you buy from us, you are responsible for making sure that the product can be lawfully imported to the postal address you have supplied.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees – all of which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. You are responsible for those charges.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Tonic for the Soul has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information prior to ordering from us.

When will I receive my order?

We ship to order, within and outside of Australia. Handing and processing may take up to 10-15 business days depending on the location.

Sometimes orders can take longer if there are credit card authorisation or security issues. We can’t guarantee shipping times as shipping is outside our control.

If you have any issues, please send us an email so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Sales and GST

Australian customers are charged 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the checkout.

GST is not charged to customers who live outside of Australia.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Products

We take every care in packaging our products. We are not responsible for replacing any products damaged by postal delivery services in transit. We will provide an exchange or refund at our discretion on any ‘proven’ faulty goods purchased from Tonic for the Soul (excluding MP3 downloads, On Demand Video and Newsletter Subscriptions), providing:

  • The goods were not damaged in transit
  • You didn’t simply ‘change your mind’
  • You can provide proof of purchase
  • The goods contain an actual manufacturing fault.

Any faulty products must be returned at your expense to PO Box 1792, Toowong QLD 4066 Australia before any replacement or refund is given.

Services

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled but not refunded if you simply change your mind. There are no refunds for a personal skype/phone/facetime session once it is paid for.

Any in-person sessions must be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of your original booking to be eligible for a reschedule.
