Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website and/or any of Tonic for the Soul’s products. If you don’t agree with what you see below, we cannot grant you permission to use this site and/or any of Tonic for the Soul’s products.
Accessing and using the website and/or any products contained within tells us that you agree with the terms and conditions of use.
At times you will be asked to click ‘I accept’ to reconfirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions. If you do not click ‘I accept’, then you will not be able to complete your purchase.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions.
Tonic for the Soul’s Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
Terms and Conditions may be modified, changed, added or deleted. We reserve the right to make these changes. It is your responsibility by accepting the original Terms and Conditions to be aware of any changes and make sure you understand them.

We do our very best to ensure the information presented is accurate. We however make no representations nor do we give any warranties that this information is correct, current and complete. We will not be held liable and/or responsibile for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost or expense whatsoever in the use of or reliance upon this information.
We may provide links to other websites that are not controlled or produced by us. We provide these links for your convenience only. We are not responsible for what is contained on those sites, which may not be current or maintained. By including the websites, we in no way endorse the products and services that may be advertised on these websites.
We will not be held liable to you or any third party as a result of interference with or damage to your computer systems in connection with your use of this website or a linked website. This exemption includes any oss, cost or expense that you may incur.
Are we medical professionals?
No. The information on our website is for general information only. It is not intended to be and should not be relied on as a substitute for specific medical or health advice.

Our guided meditation products have been developed for children and teenagers. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be supervised when using the website, or in the alternative, have the expressed permission of their parents or guardians to do so.
What you cannot use our website and products for
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the State of Queensland.

What information do we collect?
When you order a product or register to receive emails from us, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help us process your request. We do not store credit card details post your purchase unless for future authorised payments.
When do we collect this information?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or enter information on our site.
How do we protect your information?
We use secure servers for all online transactions. Your personal information is contained in secure networks and only accessible by a limited number of people who have access rights to those systems and who are required to keep the information strictly confidential.
All sensitive/credit card information is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Third party provider payment gateway services are used and not stored or processed on our servers.
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and/or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website, or to protect safety or property.
Basis of Sale
Please be sure to check your orders are accurate before you commit to buying something. You will be bound by our Terms once an order is placed.
If you think that there is a mistake, please make sure that you contact us to confirm any changes in writing, as we only accept responsibility for statements and representations made in writing by our authorised employees and agents.
But it’s not what I thought I was going to get?
We make every effort to properly identify all the products and services we sell. All samples or drawings, any descriptions or advertising that you see about products and services we offer are all done to give you the best description of what to expect.
Sales and GST
Australian customers are charged 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the checkout.
GST is not charged to customers who live outside of Australia.
Ordering and Postage
Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an email to confirm the order.
If you’ve ordered something that can be downloaded, we’ll also send you a second email containing a file access code so that you can get instant access to the file.
If you’ve ordered something that requires us to physically post it, we’ll send you an email when it’s left our building. We’ll tell you the order number, postal address and tracking number (if applicable).
When we post within Australia we use Australia Post’s Regular Service.
We post to the exact address that you supply to us, either directly to us or via your PayPal payment.
When we post to places outside of Australia we use Australia Post Air Mail Service.
Please note, when you buy from us, you are responsible for making sure that the product can be lawfully imported to the postal address you have supplied.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees – all of which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. You are responsible for those charges.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Tonic for the Soul has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information prior to ordering from us.
How long does delivery take?
We ship to order, within and outside of Australia. Handing and processing may take up to 10-15 business days depending on the location.
Sometimes orders can take longer if there are credit card authorisation or security issues. We can’t guarantee shipping times as shipping is outside our control.
My package didn’t turn up?
If you package has not arrived within 15 business days, please let us know via email. We’ll follow things up at our end and do what we can to resolve the issue in a timely way. We are not responsible for any incorrect postal address or email account supplied to us.
We’ll work on a case-by-case basis on whether a refund is issued or a replacement sent to you.
We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit.
Can I get a refund?
We take every care in packaging our products. We are not responsible for replacing any products damaged by postal delivery services in transit. We will provide an exchange or refund at our discretion on any ‘proven’ faulty goods purchased from Tonic for the Soul (excluding MP3 downloads, On Demand Video and Newsletter Subscriptions), providing:
Any faulty products must be returned at your expense to PO Box 1792, Toowong QLD 4066 Australia before any replacement or refund is given.
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled but not refunded if you simply change your mind. There are no refunds for a personal skype/phone/facetime session once it is paid for.
Any in-person sessions must be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of your original booking to be eligible for a reschedule.
All files purchased and downloaded must be saved to a MAC or PC computer or laptop, not a tablet or smartphone.
Download links will be provided on purchase – these links will expire after 7 days or 4 attempts. You must download and save your purchase within these timeframes.
Meditation Classes for Children
All those under the age of 18years require parent or guardian consent to participate in Tonic for the Soul’s meditation classes.
Meditation classes are run as a complimentary activity to those wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle. They are not intended to be and should not be relied on as a substitute for specific medical or health advice.
